Project Description
For this project, we had to pick two body systems. My group picked the reproductive and nervous systems. We had to research all about the two body systems and how they interact with one another. Our project was a cardboard cut out of the upper body of a human and we had a uterus and peripheral nerves and a brain to show the relationship between out two body systems. The reproductive system system of sex organs within an organism which work together for the purpose of sexual reproduction. Many non-living substances such as fluids, hormones, and pheromones are also important accessories to the reproductive system. The nervous system is the network of nerve cells and fibers that transmits nerve impulses between parts of the body.

Concepts
Organ System: An organ system is a number of organs working together to perform a specific purpose. In the human body there are 11 major systems.
Nervous System: The nervous system consists of the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves. The brain is in charge of recieving signals, processing information. The spinal cord transmits signal from the peripheral nerves to the brain, and the peripheral nerves recieves inputs from sensory organs.
Reproductive System: The reproductive system consists of the ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, vagina, testes, epididymis, vas deferens, urethra, and the penis. This is an interesting system, as it is the only organ system that differs between males and females. The purpose of the reproductive system is to continue the species. It does this by allowing females to mature eggs, and males to produce sperm.

Reflection
This project was by far the best we have done this year. I liked how we had to use our creativity to figure out what our project was going to be, since we got to decide what we wanted to do. One peak of this project was my work ethic. I was never off task and I was doing something productive at all times. I was able to help my group finish the project on time with time to spare. Another peak was our final product. Our product ended up getting a good grade and it worked very well which was surprising because we weren't sure if it would work. There were no pits for this project because it went swell. I learned from this project that the reproductive system has a connection with the nervous system. I also learned all the body systems which was very interesting.
